Reiki is a relaxing form of mind/body therapy. This means that it works to create a balance between the Mental, Emotional & Physical bodies, but most importantly on the restoration of the Spiritual body. Reiki uses the soft movement of energy to restore the body by alleviating distress and returning balance, harmony, and a sense of inner peace to all those who experience this unique therapy.

Reiki is primarily used to relax the body to allow it to heal itself. Reiki is a Holistic form of healing because it treats the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual levels and unlike other Holistic methods also addresses the past and present factors leading to the current complaints and not just the symptoms. Please note, though Reiki is being implemented by massage therapists and other professionals, Reiki is not a massage.
